James founded Neural Alpha to bring Connected Data solutions to the financial sector with a particular focus on sustainable investing. He has a track record of delivering innovative data solutions particularly within the financial sector having consulted extensively at many of the world's largest Investment Banks, Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds. Prior to Consulting he was Head of Data at Man Group plc following roles at Thomson Reuters. James is the Event Director of Connected Data London and holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics & Economic History from the University of York. Outside of work he is a keen Moth sailor competing internationally.

Richard is the COO at Neural Alpha. Having spent a number of years at Unilever in various finance roles Richard specialized in private equity honing his skills in strategic financial management expertise in overseeing both the investment funds and corporate finance responsibilities at senior management committee level. Richard has been an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants since 1997. Outside of work he enjoys mountain biking, sails occasionally and plays the guitar.

Dominic is an experienced senior technology manager with a background in investment banking and fintech VC. He has worked in organizations of all sizes from running a large team in a global bank to getting his own startup off the ground with a headcount of 1. He specializes in scaling engineering teams, introducing structure and maturity of process to growing multidisciplinary teams. Dominic is an accredited ITIL Expert. Outside work he likes to watch cricket and drink tea.

Ben gained a First Class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University before joining an economic consultancy startup. He has over two decades of experience in financial market economics and strategy since and now works as an ESG researcher. In his spare time, Ben likes running, swimming, cycling and walking in the South Downs.

Jonathan currently heads up Fintech projects at Neural Alpha. He is an experienced Full Stack Developer and Solutions Architect, capable of managing high performance teams, with a proven history of proposing and developing complex software solutions for big name brands in UK Manufacturing. Outside of work Jonathan is a Dad of three and when ever possible enjoys throwing his children into open water, or dragging them up mountains.
